Premier Steven Miles has announced the 2024-25 State Budget will include new stamp duty discounts for first home buyers in Queensland.
The new stamp duty discounts are noted below:
Purchasing First Home / Duplex / Townhouse / Unit:

| $1 – $700,000 | $Nil |
| $700,001 – $800,000 | Partial Discount |

A: 9th June 2024
Below are the stamp duty discounts which apply to vacant land
Purchasing Vacant Land to Build Your First Home:
